Welcome to Women in Data Science (WiDS) Cleveland!

The Global Women in Data Science (WiDS) initiative aims to inspire and educate data scientists worldwide, regardless of gender, and to support women in the field. This annual one-day technical conference provides an opportunity to hear about the latest data science-related research and applications in a broad set of domains.

WiDS Cleveland is an independent event that is organized by WiDS Cleveland team as part of the annual WiDS Worldwide conference organized by Stanford University and an estimated 150+ locations worldwide, which features outstanding women doing work in the field of data science. All genders are invited to attend all WiDS Worldwide conference events.

The inaugural WiDS Cleveland 2021 will be held virtually via the Gather.town platform as a casual gathering providing an opportunity to hear about the latest data science-related research in a number of domains, learning how leading-edge companies are using data science for success, and connecting with potential mentors and collaborators in the field.
